1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website infinitegrinds.com and the mobile games published by Infinite Grind Online Gaming Services L.L.C ("Infinite Grind", "we", "us", "our"), including Idle Way, Space Guard (together, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your use. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Accounts and Save Data

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

Our games may offer virtual currency and virtual items that can be purchased with real money. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective terms, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform's policy. Any refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase.

We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at any time, and we have no liability for doing so.

6. Advertising

The Services may be supported by and display advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisement, or for the products, services, or websites that ads may link to. How advertising data is collected and used is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software, bots, or automation;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our staff;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or their security; or
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services for any violation.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services and platforms — including Google Play, the Apple App Store, advertising networks, and social media — that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Grind Online Gaming Services L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Grind Online Gaming Services L.L.C and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Infinite Grind regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements.

18. Apple App Store (applies only to apps downloaded from the Apple App Store)

If you download a game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Infinite Grind only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
