Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. Introduction
Infinite Grind Online Gaming Services L.L.C ("Infinite Grind", "we", "us", "our") operates the website infinitegrinds.com and publishes mobile games, including Idle Way, Space Guard (together, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Information you provide — such as your e-mail address and the content of your message when you contact us through our website form.
- Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, language, app version, unique device and advertising identifiers, and IP address.
- Approximate location — a coarse, city-level location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Gameplay data — game progress, session length, in-game events, settings, and crash and diagnostic logs, used to operate and improve our games.
- Advertising data — your advertising identifier and limited interaction data used to serve, cap, and measure ads (see "Advertising and Advertising Identifiers" below).
- Purchase data — records and receipts for in-app purchases processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Fix bugs, diagnose crashes, and balance and develop gameplay;
- Respond to your support requests and communications;
- Process and validate in-app purchases;
- Serve, limit, and measure advertising, where permitted or with your consent; and
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks.
4. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers
Our games are supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlay as mediation platforms, together with the advertising partners listed in the "Third-Party Services and Partners" section, to display ads. To serve and measure these ads, we and our advertising partners use your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID, or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) along with limited technical and interaction data.
Ads may be personalized (based on your advertising identifier and inferred interests) or non-personalized (based only on general, non-identifying context).
You control this:
-Reset or limit your advertising ID — on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising.
-Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland — where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads through an in-app consent prompt. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the app's privacy or settings screen.
You can learn how our advertising partners use data in their privacy policies, linked in the "Third-Party Services and Partners" section below.
5. Third-Party Services and Partners
Our Services use third-party SDKs and services that process data under their own privacy policies. These currently include:
- Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase (advertising, analytics, crash reporting) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity Ads (advertising mediation) — https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- AppsFlyer (attribution and analytics) — https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/
- Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay (advertising and mediation) — https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- ironSource (advertising mediation) — https://developers.is.com/ironsource-mobile/air/ironsource-mobile-privacy-policy
- AppLovin (advertising and mediation) — https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
- Pangle (advertising) — https://www.pangleglobal.com/privacy
- Mintegral (advertising) — https://www.mintegral.com/en/privacy
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram — website analytics and advertising measurement) — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
We may add or change partners as our Services evolve, and we will update this policy accordingly.
6. How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only:
- With the service providers and advertising partners described above, so they can perform services on our behalf;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request; and
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your data is handled.
Please note that showing personalized ads may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You can opt out of personalized advertising using the controls described in the "Advertising and Advertising Identifiers" section.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Support e-mails are retained for up to 24 months. Advertising and analytics data are retained according to the retention periods of the partners listed above.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@infinitegrinds.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of personalized advertising.
Requesting deletion of your data: because our games do not require an account, you can request access to or deletion of your data by e-mailing us at support@infinitegrinds.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days) and may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Where we rely on your consent (for example, for personalized advertising), you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place.
10. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for personalized advertising and, where applicable, analytics); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to fix bugs); the performance of a contract (to provide the Services and process your purchases); and compliance with legal obligations.
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, consistent with applicable data protection laws.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
